Where the Idea Came From It hit me when I graduated Law School I would be in the real world — a scary thought. I decided that most graduates needed a quick, easy to read resource (because we all know the hectic schedules of 20 somethings). I looked around and failing to find that single source, I went about creating one. I sought the help of friends, family, acquaintances and strangers. I asked for their help, experiences, and anything else they thought would be helpful to a recent grad. Various professionals — doctors, attorneys, bankers, financial advisors, engineers, and professors helped with ideas, tips and suggestions for making ones new life as simple as possible. The end result was the Graduate Survival Guide. With over 60 topics and 200 plus web links, the Graduate Survival Guide has helped young graduates across the nation transition into the “Real World.”
